Need some support? Check it out today at

If you have an emergency please dial 999. If you are unsure whether it is an emergency, dial 101 and they will assess your situation and redirect you accordingly. For non emergency medical matters dial 111. Use this for illnesses and minor injuries where life isn’t threatened, but you would like some advice on what to do next.

With advice on common illnesses and the best medicines to treat them, popping along to your local pharmacist at the first signs of illness can help you feel better fast.
