Carer Support Adviser
Salary: £16,073 per annum (£21,240 FTE)
Hours: Hours Negotiable - Up to 28 Hours Per Week
Location: Tendring (North Essex)
We are currently seeking a Carer Support Adviser to join our team in the North Essex area (Predominantly covering Tendring district). The requirements of the role will include, managing conversations with carers to identify need and provide information, advice, guidance and wellbeing support, running peer support groups and pro-active identification of carers through partnership working.
Carer Support Adviser (Health) - Fixed-term Contract until 31 May 2022
Salary: £11,817 per annum
Hours: 22 Hours per Week
We are currently seeking a Health Carer Support Adviser to join our team in Lincolnshire. The requirements of the role will include managing conversations with carers to identify need; writing statutory carers assessments on behalf of Lincolnshire County Council; providing information, advice, and wellbeing support; running wellbeing groups and pro-active identification of carers through partnership working.
Community Inclusion Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract until 31 May 2022)
Salary: £21,435 per annum
Hours: 37 Hours per Week
We are currently seeking a Community Inclusion Coordinator (CIC) to work with our team in Lincolnshire. The CIC will recruit, induct and train new volunteers, support our existing group of volunteers and ensure that our existing volunteer projects run smoothly and to a high standard. The CIC also listens to the needs of carers and develops and establishes new groups and services where possible.
Digital and Data Assistant
Salary: £19,147 per annum
Hours: 37 Hours per Week
We are currently seeking a Digital and Data Assistant to join our Income and Communications team. You will support the administration and development of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and associated reporting to ensure it meets the needs of the charity and manage the distribution of IT equipment.
