My hobby to help my fitness
I took up playing lawn bowls earlier this year as a hobby and to give me a break for my own health reasons. It certainly is a nice game to keep you a bit fitter, great for socialising and good for you mental health. So i get a full physical and mental work out each time i play.
I certainly feel better for it i know that.
