It is estimated there are over 19,300 adults in Hackney providing care for a relative or friend. Carers do an amazing job, and have the right to be supported. You do not have to wait until you are struggling or there is a crisis before you ask for support. The earlier you get help, the more difference it can make.

We provide support to adult carers Hackney.

We have moved our events online and  are now running them Zoom.

If you would like to join a group or want to hear more, please email or call us on 0300 303 1555  to book your place.

If you need help getting online or using zoom, please call us and a member of our team will walk you through it.
