Join us for this relaxing reflexology session, take time to care for yourself and feel refreshed to carry on with your day.
It is recommended that you have a plant-based oil, water to drink, and a hairband to push the hair off the forehead. Any oil moisturizer will be okay but you need to replenish all the time during the session.
Monday sessions are 5:30pm - 6pm
Thursday sessions are 9:30am - 10:30am
