Put a spring in your step with relaxing and revitalising Chi Gung movement meditation! Qigong helps to relieve stress and increase our energy. 
The flowing forms are done seated to relaxing music, deepening our breath and gently stretching and opening our body and joints. 
The movements are inspired by nature and the elements. Come and enjoy a greater sense of wellbeing! Relax, de-stress and feel wonderful!
