Bring your favourite mug and join us for a virtual cup of coffee!
Join us every Friday morning on Zoom to benefit from the support of your peers and professionals at Carers First. The aim is for group members to have a safe space to get to know each other, and to use it for sharing useful information such as benefit rights, wellbeing and local support knowledge. Social contact with fellow carers is important as it lets us know we are not alone, to get the most out of this, we must also follow some guidelines to keep this online group a comfortable and safe space for all. This includes, staying confidential outside of meetings, allowing others to express their own opinions, just listening is ok, enable time for other participants to speak. We will also be explaining the latest information and advice on dementia support services, and answering any questions you may have about caring.
