This Active April, we are encouraging carers to get active and exercise! Lincoln City Foundation are joining us to run an hour of fun exercise activities and games designed to promote active well being for all ages and abilities. Refreshments will be provided. This is a carers only event starting from 10am, we welcome you to come and join in with other carers for a morning of fun and fitness. Exercises will range from full body exercises to seated exercises, please wear sensible clothing and footwear.
