Active April Walk and Talk Stickney

9:15am - 9:45am

Wellbeing Hub at Stickney Youth Centre, Stickney, Boston, PE22 8BG

This week's wellbeing walk is in collaboration with the National Ramblers Wellbeing Walks scheme! We will be joined by trained walking leaders, embarking on a route that lasts between 30 - 60 minutes. Half the walk is alongside a "drain" where wildlife such as swans and ducks can be regularly seen, with no hills. Picturesque views and additional wildlife to be viewed. Taking steps like this to ensure we are taking care of our physical, emotional and mental health this Active April is so important. The walks can really help to boost your fitness and wellbeing. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone. The walk may leave you feeling tired and thirsty, we recommended bringing a drink!
