Welcome to an introduction to Mediation for wellbeing and self care. This session will include a guided meditation linked to the season and one or more of the 7 Chakras. Taking care of your own wellbeing is essential when you are in your caring role. Even though it may become difficult to keep up with it whilst carrying out your caring responsibilities, checking in with yourself is very important in ensuring you are okay. Meditation has a wide range of benefits which will support you in your day-to-day caring role, and help you to keep calm and level-headed whenever you face any challenges.
