Let's Talk: Winter Wellbeing Event

10:30am - 12:30pm

Bert House 7 Bull Ring, Horncastle, Lincolnshire, LN9 5HX

Does your mood dip in the winter months? You're not alone! Come along and celebrate the importance of reaching out and talking to others during these darker, colder months. At our Let's Talk event, we will be joined by Luke from the Lincolnshire Recovery College, and will cover the topic 'Thriving in Winter', which covers tips and advice to help you get through the season, which many struggle with. This course explores how seasonal changes affect our mental wellbeing. We will look at helpful ways we can manage 'winter blues'- because life doesn't have to be as bleak as the weather. We will also go through why it is important to talk and how it can be beneficial for our mental wellbeing. Carers are advised that a therapy dog may be at the event.
