Online Lincolnshire History talk with Adrian Gray

1pm - 3pm

Online via Zoom.

Carers are welcome to join us for an online talk with Adrian Gray, Historical Adviser, and the author of more than twenty books including several titles on Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. 'From Here We Changed the World' is his popular book covering the Christian heritage of the Mayflower Pilgrims, Wesleys and others from the lower Trent valley. Join us for a talk around the 'Scandals of the Lincolnshire Gentry' (Lincs/General), The gentry and aristocracy of Lincolnshire have repeatedly proved that they are 'no better than anyone else' through a succession of scandals - greed, corruption, adultery and much else. This entertaining talk picks out a few of the more colourful incidents from across the county, featuring most of its best-known historic families.
