Your Time is a regular support group that is held once a month across West Lincolnshire. An opportunity to meet with other carers for a friendly conversation whilst you make time for yourself – Your Time. The group may include guest speakers, wellbeing support and activities to enjoy. Your Time is open for all carers registered with Carers First and is free of charge. To ensure that the group is accessible and inclusive to as many people as possible please check the location, dates, and times as the group will be held across the local area throughout the year.
January's event is an exciting one, carers are invited to join us for line dancing! Come along for a fun teaching session of some line dancing steps/dances. This event will be physical and we want to ensure that you are comfortable the whole way through, hence sensible shoes/trainers are advised! For this reason, those attending will also need to have good mobility. This session will take place at Nettleham Old School, Mill Hill, Nettleham, LN2 2PE.
