Lincolnshire

It’s estimated there are over 70,000 people in Lincolnshire providing care for a relative or friend. We believe every one of those people deserves the support necessary to thrive in their role.

Your Time

10am - 12pm

Memorial Hall, Newark Road, North Hykeham, LN6 9RY

Come along for a coffee and chat followed by a short session of ‘Dance fit Zumba’ for all levels even those who need to use a chair.  It’s a happy, positive, up-tempo introduction to keeping active with the lovely Zumba instructor, Laura who said, ‘it’s not about getting it right, but about getting moving and having fun’. So, take some time for you, wear your comfy shoes, and join us for a morning of fun!

Your Time is a regular support group that is held once a month across West Lincolnshire. An opportunity to meet with other carers for a friendly conversation whilst you make time for yourself – Your Time. The group may include guest speakers, wellbeing support and activities to enjoy. Your Time is open for all carers registered with Carers First and is free of charge. To ensure that the group is accessible and inclusive to as many people as possible please check the location, dates, and times as the group will be held across the local area throughout the year.

This month’s group will be held at North Hykeham Memorial Hall on Friday 21 March 2025 10am - 12pm. We have a keep fit and active theme with the lovely Laura Wade coming along to do an ‘includes all ability’ fitness zumba session!
