We are excited to offer online wellbeing sessions across venues in Medway, run by Dr Farnaaz Sharief MBE and Liz Almod from Insightful Minds, designed specifically to support carers aged 16 and over. Each session provides practical tools, techniques, and strategies to help you manage stress, improve emotional health, and take well-deserved breaks from your caring responsibilities after an exhausting Christmas period. Our sessions focus on helping carers make small but impactful changes to better prepare for the challenges of caring, including, why positive self-care is important, key factors for emotional wellbeing, practical techniques to maintain wellbeing, simple, practical tips to help you regain focus and calm during challenging times, lastly an introduction to breathwork. Experience the benefits of breathwork to release stress, boost energy, and improve overall wellbeing, we can't wait to see you there!

Please note that there are varying times for these events. The Monday 13 January session takes place from 2pm - 5pm. The Wednesday 22 January session takes place from 6:30pm - 9:30pm.
