By 2028, we aim to achieve a 45% increase in our reach, a 40% rise in the number of registered carers, and a 35% enhancement in the provision of personalised support for those carers. Our goal is to expand our online community and offer support to more carers within the first 12 months of their journey. We are committed to ensuring that the number and diversity of the carers we support reflect the local community's profile.
Co-production and collaboration are at the heart of how we operate. We have developed this strategy in partnership with our people, our partners, our funders and the carers we support.
