This is a carer support group providing an opportunity to meet other carers, talk about your caring role and find out about local services. Our Tuesday 4 March session will include an introduction to mindfulness and relaxation techniques, don't miss out!
On our Monday 1 April meetup, we will be joined by the TEC Transformation Officer from ECC to do a short talk and demonstration of assistive technology for carers.
