This is a carer support group providing an opportunity to meet other carers, talk about your caring role and find out about local services. We understand that caring can sometimes lead to feelings of loneliness, due to most of your time being spent fulfilling your daily caring responsibilities. It is important that we take a break for ourselves every now and then, and this support group is the perfect place to go when you need a moment away from your caring duties.
