Creative Wellbeing Workshop

Make your own Collage Concertina Book in a relaxed and lovely setting. No experience or artistic skill is needed! Sandie will provide all the materials and guidance needed for you to create a book that is personal to you, using images and words from magazines. Feedback from carers who have previously attended this workshop was positive, saying that it was relaxing, it helped them to switch off and not think, that the activity was absorbing and fun to do, and that they enjoyed the comfortable conversations. Bottomless drinks and lunch are included. We are thankful that this event is funded by Gt Leighs Christmas Fayre. Please note that this event is for Chelmsford District carers only.
