In celebration of Young Carers Action Day, we are inviting Young Carers to join us for an exciting trip to Active Reality to do some VR experiences! Young Carers Action day provides an opportunity to call for better support for Young Carers and Young Adult Carers, to bring about change. So join us for a fun packed event. A member of the Young Carers team will contact you to confirm your child's/young person's place at this event. We are thankful this event has been funded by the Wimbledon Community Foundation. Please note that this event is for Young Carers aged between 10 - 17 years.
