Will become a carer
Two in three people can expect to become a carer at some point in their lifetime
There are 7 million unpaid carers like you in the UK looking after family members or friends due to illness, disability, or frailty, and that number is rising. Caring can be rewarding and joyous, but you may also feel overwhelmed or isolated in your role.
Accessing support and information can be a challenge, and you may be unaware of the help available to you as a carer.
We are a charity specifically for carers, and we understand that your needs and situation are as unique as you are. We will provide you with personalised and tailored advice online, by phone, or face to face. We can give you access to support and benefits you might not have been aware of. We can connect you to other carers and help you find time for yourself. Together, we will help you find the support right for your needs.
