Wellbeing sessions

Linda Ross is leading wellbeing sessions, aimed at exploring ways of making a carer's life as a carer lighter and brighter! Themes will include: creating a 360 degree wellbeing plan around your life as a carer, therapeutic hobby finding, using colour to benefit your life, grooming, improving mood and environment to put you in control, nature/ecology, decluttering, parent carers, uplifting quotes for days when you need them, favourite places, and more! All welcome, just drop in! The café will be open for refreshments for those who do not wish to participate in the wellbeing session.
