The British Music Experience operates a Free Carers Policy. They will provide a free carer ticket to any customer requiring essential assistance for their visit.

Parking information: There is limited on-street metered parking (£6 for up to four hours) along both sides and at the front of the building. There are six disabled bays on Brunswick Street and one on Water Street.
