Guests who are registered disabled and require assistance during your visit can pick up a a free entry ticket for a carer upon arrival.
How to claim
To obtain the free carer ticket the disabled guest will need to produce eligible documentation to a member of staff at our Fast Track ticket desk.
Parking information: There are no parking or drop off facilities at The Shard, however, there are a number of privately owned car parks in the local area.
