Care2Relax Chair Pilates - standing and floor exercises

Join us for our Care2Relax chair Pilates sessions, where we will be focusing on practicing standing and floor exercises. Care2Relax is for all carers registered with Carers First. It is monthly, taking place on the first Monday of the month from 4pm to 5pm on Zoom.

Please email jenny.goodson@carersfirst.org.uk to book onto a session and zoom link will be emailed a few days before the session.
