Beginning a new year is exciting, many of us will be thinking of all the prospects and opportunities that await and planning for the year ahead. However, it is also a very lonely time of year for most, especially carers who may not get regular socialisation outside of the house. Pop along to this friendly and supportive wellbeing group based in Pinetree Care Home in Rayleigh. All are welcome. There will also be a special guest speaker from Essex County Council there to discuss how to take care of your wellbeing.
