Once booked on you will be sent a Zoom invite (via email) a couple of days beforehand to allow you to join the meeting. Please be advised that when joining the meeting you may be placed on mute for a short time depending on how many are attending. This will help ease the smooth running of the group.


This group is a social get together; carers can receive peer support and gain information from a Carers Support Adviser who will be facilitating the group. If you would like a 1-1 session with a Carers Support Adviser, please let the facilitator know and this can be arranged.
