This is a carer support group providing an opportunity to meet other carers, talk about your caring role and find out about local services. On our Tuesday 5 November session, we will have a workshop from Mid Essex Recovery College.

Please be aware that this is a large popular group and so you may need to be added to our waiting list before you can join us.
