Spotting the early signs of a loved one’s changing needs can be difficult. The key to meeting those needs includes communication and conversations with many health professionals
Significant Care Tool training can provide a tool to help communicate these needs with clarity and confidence. With use of this training, it enables carers to note changes of the loved one’s health needs and make informed decisions about the health and treatment of the person they care for.
We are inviting carers to this free training event as a valuable aid to help you in your caring role. There is free parking at the centre and a café which should be open before, during and after the meeting. We will be providing carers with the Significant Care Tool Booklet to use on the day and take home for future reference.
