Active April Walk and Talk

10:30am - 12pm

Station Leisure & Learning Centre, Station Rd, Mablethorpe, LN12 1HA

We will be joining the Walk Leaders Friday 4 April at 10:30am within the Mablethorpe leisure Centre - ready to kickstart Active April! This is a great way to improve your physical health by taking part in physical exercise to help boost your cardiovascular health. The walks can really help to boost your fitness and wellbeing, as well as benefitting your mental health. Almost all of us can manage a stroll, but our walks make it easier to start walking and stay active. It's almost impossible not to feel good when walking outdoors - it's a natural mood-booster, and you'll certainly never be short of good company! This walk is free of charge and open to everyone. Hydration is important, so bringing a drink is recommended. Money can be used to purchase refreshments afterwards in the café. There is a council pay and display car park at the rear of the venue. There are dedicated disabled spaces and there is also a bicycle rack & scooter store. See you there!
