Aftercare Support Group

Old School Hall, Nettleham, Lincolnshire, LN2 2PE

Come along to our aftercare support group for a cuppa, cake and chat, supporting carers when their caring role has ended. There is a maximum two tickets per carer for this event. There is free parking on-site. Access is available for wheelchair users and individuals with limited mobility. Please note that this is a carers only event.

Please note that the Thursday 2 October group will take place from 10.30am - 12.30pm.
