Dementia Networking Day

You're warmly invited to our Dementia Network Day, a special event dedicated to unpaid carers, filled with opportunities to unwind, connect, and feel supported. Enjoy a range of wellbeing activities including an essential oils workshop, a calming Zen space with guided breathing techniques, and a relaxation session to help you recharge. A free lunch will be provided, and you'll also have the chance to attend informative workshops led by professionals from organisations such as Age UK and more. Come take a well-deserved break and be part of a community that cares for you too. There is a maximum two tickets per carer. Please ensure to bring money for parking if you attend to drive and park outside the venue. Access is available for wheelchair users and individuals with limited mobility.
