We are celebrating Carers Week this year with an informative and engaging event, especially for carers! Come along to the new Campus for Future living, find out more about the services and support available to you and those that you care for. Teaming up with the Community Connectors, there will be a number of information stands and activity tables for you to explore. Everyone is welcome. Refreshments will be available at this event!
