Skegness chill and chat with drumming for wellbeing

Carers and cared for are welcome to join us at the Skegness Methodist Church. Enjoy a chat with other carers and a cuppa. This is an informal meeting with Carers First staff attending. At our November group, you will be learning how drumming can improve your overall wellbeing.
