Carers and cared for are welcome to join us at the Skegness Methodist Church. Enjoy a chat with other carers and a cuppa. This is an informal meeting with Carers First staff attending.
The Friday 11 July meetup will be a chill and chat with a surviving the summer holidays workshop. This workshop explores advice and tools to help support carers to maintain their wellbeing whilst balancing the demands of their caring role. It provides an opportunity to share ideas to maintain and promote our own wellbeing at this time.
