Your Time - Sage Gardener

Your Time is a regular support group that is held once a month across West Lincolnshire. An opportunity to meet with other carers for a friendly conversation whilst you make time for yourself – Your Time. The group may include guest speakers, wellbeing support and activities to enjoy. Your Time is open for all carers registered with Carers First and is free of charge. To ensure that the group is accessible and inclusive to as many people as possible please check the location, dates, and times as the group will be held across the local area throughout the year.
At our Friday 13 June session, we will also have Sage Gardener coming along to do a summer garden demonstration and ‘you can do’ session. Local gardeners Dave and Jane are presenting their 'Flowers from the Garden' session where Jane shows how to make a flower arrangement in a jam jar or similar and Dave talks a bit about the flowers and plants used then you have a go at making your own to take home. This is free to attend with light refreshments included.
