Relight the chef within at our fun, social sessions around cooking and preparing homemade food. This event is a fun way to look at what we can eat and prepare when we are in a caring role. It is a great opportunity to meet with other carers and share views on improving our emotional wellbeing. Easy to follow recipes will be provided after the session.
