Carer Resilience Masterclasses 18 and 22 January 2025

Please note that there are two sessions on Saturday 18 January session. The first will take place 10am - 1pm, the second from 2pm - 5pm. The Wednesday 22 January session will take place 1pm - 4pm.

We are excited to offer face-to-face wellbeing sessions across venues in Medway, run by Dr Farnaaz Sharief MBE and Liz Almod from Insightful Minds, designed specifically to support carers aged 16 and over. Each session provides practical tools, techniques, and strategies to help you manage stress, improve emotional health, and take well-deserved breaks from your caring responsibilities after an exhausting Christmas period. Our sessions focus on helping carers make small but impactful changes to better prepare for the challenges of caring, including, why positive selfcare is important, key factors for emotional wellbeing, practical techniques to maintain wellbeing, simple, practical tips to help you regain focus and calm during challenging times, lastly an introduction to breathwork. Experience the benefits of breathwork to release stress, boost energy, and improve overall wellbeing, we can't wait to see you there!
