Carers Walking Group in Capstone Park

Capstone park - Meet in main car park near Café
Go outside in the fresh outdoors and get some exercise in with our carers walking group. Take this opportunity to meet with other carers and join us for refreshing walks while engaging in casual chit chat. We can take the walking at a pace that is comfortable for you, and you are welcome to join us for a nice coffee and some snacks after. We will be meeting in the main car park near the cafe At 10:45am for an 11am start.
