Carers First is offering carers the opportunity to openly discuss their awareness of diabetes, how we can prevent it, and what signs to look out for. If you would like to increase your knowledge or to prevent a diabetes or are pre- diabetic diagnosis, or if you currently have a diagnosis of diabetes, we would love for you to come to this one of awareness session. There will also be important advice and guidance from Health Watch and other useful information available on the day. Tea and snacks will be provided. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know. Please do not park in the car park unless you have a disabled badge, there are lots of parking along the side streets of the Healthy Living Centre.
