Our Family Empowerment Workshops are designed to provide guidance to families with carers, offering them the tools they need to gain confidence in their caring role. We aim to help carers to increase resilience, improve their wellbeing and develop knowledge and necessary skills to allow them to thrive. Come along to to this event, meet with other carers who understand what you may be experiencing, while receiving expert information and knowledge from our team at Carers First. Lunch and refreshments will be provided at this free event.
