Medway

It’s estimated there are over 25,000 people in Medway providing care for a relative or friend. We believe every one of those people deserves the support necessary to thrive in their role.

Medway Walking Group with Roger

11am - 12pm

Various locations around Medway - check the event description below.

Walking has many benefits, not only to our physical health, but our mental health. It can help to increase concentration, alertness and contributes to a positive mood and outlook. Join us for a refreshing walk through the wonderful Shorne Country Park, where you can chat with other carers if you would like, or enjoy a moment of quiet while taking in the nature around you. We will be meeting at the venue at 10:45am before the walk begins.

Please note that the Wednesday 1 October walk will take place at Laybourne Lakes Country park Meet outside Café.

The Wednesday 15 October walk will take place at Quakers Meeting house, Northgate, Rochester.

The Wednesday 5 November walk will take place at Chatham Dockside outlet - meeting outside Pure Gym.

The Wednesday 19 November walk will take place at Rainham Riverside park, Lower Rainham Road - meeting in the main car park.

The Wednesday 3 December walk will take place at Capstone park - meeting in the main car park near Café.

The Wednesday 17 December walk will take place at Medway Queen - meeting outside Medway Queen, Gillingham Pier.
