Walking has many benefits, not only to our physical health, but our mental health. It can help to increase concentration, alertness and contributes to a positive mood and outlook. Join us for a refreshing walk through the wonderful Shorne Country Park, where you can chat with other carers if you would like, or enjoy a moment of quiet while taking in the nature around you.
Please note that we will be meeting at the venue at 10:45am before the walk begins.
