Carers Week Cream Tea

You are invited to the Vestry Hall to enjoy our cream tea event for Carers' Week. This event has kindly been funded by the London Borough of Merton. This is a chance to meet other carers and have a friendly chat. There will be also some members of staff and other partner organisations who will be at hand for advice and information. Enjoy!
