Join us for a light lunch and information about giving up smoking and drink-awareness at Canons House in Mitcham. You will be able to meet with other Carers, have a chat and exchange experiences. The group will be facilitated by one of our helpful colleagues who will be at hand for any questions and concerns you may have.
