This monthly programme invites carers to pause, reflect and share with other carers what it is like to be a carer, how it impacts their lives and what they can do to care more for themselves. This may seem like a challenging task when you care for a family member or friend. We look at how to bring back balance into your life that places you centre stage, cared for and adored by you. If you don't do it, no one else will.

- Session 2: The Gentle Breath Meditation
- Session 3: Listen to your body
- Session 4: Respond not react
- Session 5: Love not judgement
