Young Carers Card Launch and Lunch Event
1pm - 4pm
You are invited to enjoy our launch for the Young Carers Card! This event has kindly been funded by the London Borough of Merton. You will be able to meet other young carers and have a chat. There will be also some members of staff and other partner organisations who will be at hand for advice and information. On the day you will also be able to receive your Young Carers Card that will show that you are a young carer and may provide some concessions. Please note that the location will be given to carers who have booked onto the event.
