We're co-hosting a monthly Carers Support Group with Macmillan Cancer Support and NHS Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust at Southend Hospital. Open to adult and young carers, the informal dropin sessions offer a safe space to connect, share experiences and access support.Held on the third Wednesday of each month, no booking required.
