You are warmly invited to attend our upcoming Connect and Learn Session, hosted by Carers First, the commissioned carers service in Southend. This session will provide valuable insight into: Carers First and the local offer for carers in Southend, as well as the wider support available, how we can work together to identify and support carers within your community, workplace, or practice. Carers Rights Day - raising awareness and ensuring carers know their rights Resources, guidance, and practical tools to help you better support carers in your role. By attending, you will gain practical knowledge to: support the wellbeing and retention of employees with caring responsibilities, recognise and respond to the needs of young carers, provide more holistic care for patients who are also carers.
Together, we can ensure carers are recognised, valued, and supported across workplaces, schools, and services.
