Find equality and balance as a carer with award winning author Sara Challice second session

Carers Week is on 9-15 June, and the theme for this year is “Caring about Equality”.
Join us online for one of our special talks with the Award Winning author, Sara Challice. As a carer, what do you need to know? Discover how to ensure you have equality in your life, along with balance, to look after your wellbeing, and make life easier, equality in your caring role ensuring your rights with the basics of Carers Assessments, etc, to ensure you have all that you need.
To enable as many carers as possible to join this fantastic session, we are running it twice. With the first session running on Monday 9 June from 7pm - 8pm, and the second session running on Tuesday 10 June from 11am - 12pm.
