Scrapbook and Journaling

11am - 1pm

Central Resource Hub, 1 Russell Road, Leyton, E10 7ES

This is a two-part workshop, in which you will learn the art of scrapbooking and mindful journaling. These sessions will provide an opportunity to unwind while developing techniques around mindfulness that can be continued long after the sessions are complete. In September there will be a scrapbooking show case, where you will have the opportunity to meet the other learners and celebrate the work you have put into your scrapbooks.

What is scrapbooking? Scrapbooking is a method of preserving, presenting, and arranging personal and family history in the form of a book, box, or card. Typical memorabilia include photographs, printed media, and artwork. What is mindful Journaling? Journaling is the act of writing down your thoughts, feelings, and experience. It's a way to connect with your inner self, deepen your awareness, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.

Please note you will need to be available to attend two workshops to gain full benefits!
