Caroline is currently Legal Director at Virgin Media O2, where she leads a large legal team supporting a complex, fast-moving consumer business. Her background includes guiding organisations through highly regulated environments, and supporting businesses through transformation and change with practical approaches to creating and strengthening governance and risk frameworks.
Caroline previously served as a trustee of Support SEND Kids, a charity focused on improving access to justice and outcomes for children with SEND and their families - one of many issues close to her heart as a parent carer.
